yeah, but it is a lot of endurance. I think I read that a standard pushup is about 60% of your bodyweight. So that is 75 reps of 135. That is a lot IMO. I know if you threw a couple of plates on barbell and said "go", I would probably burn out around 30 at max.2012: +19.33

hmm 135 on a barbell...not sure how many I could do. I think my best with 225 (2 plates per side) is 25, MAYBE 27..for some reason that number popped up in my head first.Comment

So apparently Rampage has openly stated that while he's done with the UFC after this fight, he's not done with MMA.

I watched the first episode today. I'm going to try to keep up with it. It will be the first time I've watched TUF in several seasons.
