I was watching film for Browne/Rothwell last night. I think Browne wins, he is a pretty physically gifted heavyweight in terms of quickness and the way he moves on his feet. I don't like how he gets kind of cocky and puts his hands down a lot moving in and out like he has Anderson Silva type reflexes. Rothwell looked ripped against Schaub and won in the first round, maybe he has really invented himself but it is hard to tell since that fight only last like a minute.


I have a bet on Machida by decision to win a unit @+269, but I will also be playing small on Bader.

Rothwell didn't exactly suck before. He was ranked in the top 10 when he was in the IFL, he slumped when he came to the UFC, but I think he had some injuries. That said, I think Browne is just a better athlete and will win.

Pretty much my thoughts. Browne was able to take Broughton down and beat him up pretty good, I think he will do something similar to Rothwell. Rothwell doesn't have the best takedowns, and Browne's quickness/strength should be able to help him avoid being taken down and smothered against Rothwell. However, Browne throws a lot of flashy kicks that might have him get taken down.

Not touching this fight, but I am picking Browne
