I just read all about it. The whole thing is based on a surreptitious cell phone video of a UFC guy explaining the decimals to Diaz. This same guy later contradicted himself when confronted on the issue, and the Quebec commission comes off looking like a bunch of dicks. But there appears to be zero evidence that GSP didn't actually weigh in at 170, so the demand of a rematch seem to be ridiculous and unfounded. I don't see much coming of this except for a bunch of internet drama.
