Real talk, Goldie and Rogan really dont bother me much. Im just so used to them, I kind of get a kick out of some of the shit they say.

Me too. For me, the commentary is "part of the show." Take that away and it's a different show and one I don't enjoy quite as much.

ah, those are all the commentators that I despise. The voice is probably the worst. I wouldn't mind rogan as much if he wasn't so clearly biased half the time. But Mauro and Bas are terrible IMO. Shamrock is ok with me.

I'd liken it to the Jordan Breen show. It went on successfully as a one man band for a long time and it was fine that way. He doesn't really NEED Greg Savage. But now that Breen has someone aside from his callers to converse with and bounce his ideas off of I think it brings a whole new energy to the enterprise.

If Rogan was just sitting there by himself doing everything, it would be fine I'm sure, but I would just like it nearly as much. It wouldn't have the same energy.

honestly, I think Rogan is funny sometimes and his technical commentating is pretty good... the real issue is that he will get a grip on a fighter' nutsack and he won't let go until the fight is over, it is like the other guy isn't even in the cage.

I like Mauro. But I generally agree about Bas. He says some funny shit but it's always SO obvious that he doesn't really give a shit and didn't do any research on the lesser known fighters. He just sits at the mic and wings it.

If those are all the commentators you despise, then who do you actually like? Just Florian? Gus Johnson?

I just don't like to be so aware of the commentators. The broadcast team for Bellator is way better IMO. Jimmy Smith was the best full time guy in the business IMO, I guess he is not doing Bellator anymore though.

I don't know, I haven't watched it in a while, but I remember reading that they couldn't work out a deal. It was a while back, at least a year ago.
