          Agreed. Having a team atmosphere definitely helps me stay on track. Having someone ( or the illusiin) that someone cares about your progress makes a world of difference imo

            Got to hand it to shields, not shying away from terrible matchups for him. Kos would beat him imo.

                What exactly do you mean by mat strength because that actually sounds somewhat like functional strength. Are you just calling your technique advantage mat strength or is it actually a specific strength you feel you have?

                          It is positioning and weight distribution... technique. That and sport specific stamina.

                              I work for walgreens by the way, in the distribution center. I spend a lot of time in what we call the control room, it is where all the dea controlled drugs are. I see all the different kinds of testosterone in there. Pumps that pump out gel, needles. All kinds of brands. I need to hop on some trt and do some squats.
