So someone on SD proposed Mousasi vs Machida and surprisingly there are a lot of people saying they think Mousasi wins it.

Hmm it would be a good fight. I think Mousasi is a better striker but I wonder what Machida could pull off in the standup and whether or not he could employ his grappling better than Mousasi. Could be a close one.

I'd be curious to see it but I'd be legitimately surprised if Mousasi won. Not just fucking shocked or anything . . . but surprised.

Mousasi might be the more active striker and he also rarely gets hit. He always seems to be super calm.

Well I read the other day that Machida does want to take one more fight instead of just waiting around for Jones to fight Sonnen, take time off to recuperate and then get ready to fight again. So maybe it will happen.
