Anyone think Holloway beats Mcregor standing? He had a somewhat difficult time outstriking Leonard Garcia but he did drop Justin Lawrence. Lawrence is a pretty decent striker. I am just worried he might catch Mcgregor or be able to outpoint him.

Lawrence is not striker as good as people.give him.credit for. Look at his fight agains't Cofer. It was pretty close standing even though Cofer is far from. being a good striker.

I think Conor has some of the best striking in all of MMA. When or if he loses again it will be to someone who can takehim down repeatedly. And holloway will not be doing that.

Vandeley is so much on Conor's nuts since a couple months it's incredible.
I have to watch some more footage on him to see if he is really that good.
IMO he is a better striker than Holloway but if he is really that good, that fight is a lock

Dominates and destroys a solid fighter that is seen throughout the UFC. Tough, hard nosed brawler with good power and not utterly deficient in any area

Shows decent tdd and scrambling ability against a grappler hell-bent on taking the fight to the ground.

So, I may be a bit higher than most on him but I believe he has what it takes to go far in the UFC.

Yeah. So I saw Brimage landing big shots on that chin, and McGregor fighting with his chin straight up in the air. Bad habit and if not for his chin being tough to crack that very well could have gone the other way.

Its hard to tell whether or not Connor is slipping them. I did notice his hands were extremely low. Maybe he was expecting the takedown? (Brimage fight btw).

Yes one good punch landed 30 seconds into the fight means his defense blows. He was on the offensive the whole fight and still wasnt touched much at all. Just cause one has hinds hands down doesnt mean his defense sucks. He is looking to counter and the hands down invites the opponent to throw punches.

Vandelay, I think you are right about him. Looking at his fights, he does seem really. Really good standing and holloway is no wrestler. My only concern now would be his cardio. All of his fights are short, does he have enough cardio for 3 rounds or will he slow down in the second round? We don't know
