Why isnt it legal . Doesnt the rule book just say one fighter must get 10 points? It doesnt say the other fighter cant score a 1 or a 2

It's absolutely legal. So is a 10-10, which a lot of people don't understand.

I've never seen a 10-7, but I've heard that they've been given. Not sure about in the UFC, though.
