I was cleaning out my mom's garage and I found a waterbed rail... I totally forgot about waterbeds. there was no slow phase out. One day, they were just gone.

My dad had one for years, and years, and years after they dropped out of public view.

I had one. My dad was all about them. We never really had any problems out of mine.

I can barely remember what it's even like to sleep one one now.

I had one late in the game, in like '97. It was my roomate's parents old one. But we had one window AC for a whole house and it was always like 100 degrees inside, so it was really uncomfortable. And in the winter I always found myself wedged between the rail and the mattress. All in all, a failed experiment for me.
