I can tell you that that's known as feature-style. Features are, by definition, people-centric. They're also highly influenced by fictional storytelling techniques. So such stores impart information, but they attempt to do it in a way that evokes a sense of place and people, and they wrap it in a package that both informs and entertains, as if you were reading a short story or a novel.

Ah, so that's what it's called. Yeah, not my favorite style to read. I guess I'm not much of a people person. Maybe that's why I like to watch them punch each other in the face.

It's the final countdown for Wesley Snipes ... the Feds just set a deadline for the actor to check into a Pennsylvania prison ... by next week.

Snipes is due to begin his three-year prison sentence for tax evasion on December 9th. And according to documents obtained by TMZ, Snipes got an ominous warning from the U.S. Marshals Service: "Failure to report at the designated place and time may result in additional criminal charges."

Snipes has appealed several times ever since he was convicted on tax evasion charges back in 2008 -- but looks like it's the end of the road.

It's some crazy shit. Ol' Wesley Snipes. Prison-bound.

Since it's tax evasion, I assume it's a minimum security joint with a bunch of white-collar criminals. Maybe even a golf course. Or maybe not.

I wonder if he's actually going to serve all three years. In any case, he should be okay. He already went to prison once, in that movie Undisputed.

Maybe so, but I think it did a good job with dealing with the first phase of his life -- from birth up until he went into prison.

He's never been the same since he got out anyway.

No and no.

All the fight scenes were the original. And the movie was awesome. I remember when me and a friend of mine saw it for the first time back in the late 90s. We both thought it was awesome and if we had been a little older (like 18+) we probably would've taken up boxing.

It's also the movie where we discovered MJW. Been a fan ever since.
