Yeah that is where I am at too. I have gone to more of the small favorites and underdogs with an anchor bet style. But I can't really find that anchor for this card. I looked at grant, but I just can't see how the fight is going to play out. But, like you, I think Grant is better everywhere... the fight that he gave future champion Johny Hendricks was pretty impressive.

Hendricks future champion??? are you joking or you really think so? Did you forget GSP is still alive?

If you guys are still looking for an anchor or someone to add to a parlay there is always Dunham, who IMO is going to rape Sherk!! even at -220 he is a steal. I still have 30U on him

My problem with Sherk is that he can and often is a wet blanket. Dunham did dispatch Escudero and Marcus Aurelio, but Sherk is a powerful dude that can just lay on you for 15 mins. and be happy about it.


The one thing Evan has going for him is that Sherk can he goaded into a slug fest, ala BJ Penn sytle. He probably looks at Dunhan as a young punk with a fraction if the fights he's had, and that could get him into some trouble.

Ring rust might be a factor for Sherk...we'll have to wait and see.

BTW, Joey Odessa used to have his own website called www.betoddessa.com. Dunno if he still runs it, but he is known as a decent MMA oddsmaker.
