BJ by big punch early is my feeling, Hughes gets wobbled and BJ swarms him. I could see him latching on to a RNC while Hughes is recovering.
I think Machida will win it regardless of his strategy. He has it won standing or grappling.
The main card fight I am worried about, and probably looking forward to see how it plays out is Sot/Lauzon. I just have a feeling that Lauzon is going to pull it off somehow. Objectively, I can't see how he does it... but I just have a feeling Sot's hype train is about to derail. If he does it, I need him to stop him though.
I'm tempted to follow. It really does seem like a gimme fight.
I have Davis in a parlay rounding out tonight (Faber/Davis). But Boetch has heavy hands and was a D1 wrestler himself. Davis has not had to fight another wrestler yet. Boetch has not translated his wrestling very well though and he gasses. Davis has the cardio and athleticism to just wear him down. Davis by TKO near the end of rd 2.
On a side note, does any1 see the machida line coming down a little bit at all tonight?
It's actually dropped a decent bit in the last 24 hours.
It might go down a little more closer to fight time. I suspect that more casual bettors place bets closer to the event and I think more casual guys are going to favor Rampage. But then again it could go the other way.
At first I was thinking Foster's wrestling and striking would be a little too vicious for Brown, but now I'm not so sure. Anyone who can win a round against Lytle and take DHK to a split decision is pretty bad ass.
