Ward is the better grappler but only slighly imo. Daly should have the strength ,size and BJJ adv. If she can use her size and strength and stop Ward from taking her down she should be fine . Even off her back she might be fine

Okay, I guess I did to a tiny bit of research. I did notice that, according to Wiki, both fighters have "wrestling" listed as one of their styles on Wiki and Daly was listed at a higher weight.

You know more than me about this one, though.
