I went to see MI4 today. Thought it was pretty good. The rest of the movie doesn't live up to the first 20 minutes I wouldn't say, but it's still a successful entry into the franchise.

I wouldn't listen to it voluntarily, but if I heard it one day on the radio it would pretty much sound to me like so much other shit that's on the radio.

Raleks was terrible. It was one of those moments where I was actually embarressed for him when he kept saying G in a gi. That was so bad. They really shoulda come up with a better line. The eddie bravo one wasn't that bad. The beat to it was ok.

I wasn't really commenting on Ralek's MMA ability, just why I know who he is. But to be fair, he had only fought twice before that and had not fought in over 2 years...

Ralek Gracie. I only know him from a few fights he had on HDNet last year. I think he is the one that fought and beat Sakuraba. If he ever fights again, if his nickname is not "Ralek 'G in a Gi' Gracie, then that is a travesty

BOL. Well I was thinking, This is some shit with Eddie Bravo, they couldn't have spent too much money on it so they did well with what they had.

As for the Ralek vid, yeah, it's pretty bad, but then again I don't even know who he is.

My problem with it is everything. The production value was definitely better than some, but then it was professionally done. the lyrics, the sound, the vid itself, it is all comically bad. The fact that they spent so much money on the production makes it worse, not better, IMO. It is like Transformers 3, they fact that it cost so much makes it even more of an atrocity.

I will say, if Ralek is serious... his is far worse. Worse because he actually tried to execute it himself, where Eddie basically just played the part of teh guy saying "We did it Mama, we did it." But also worse because it is just so damn wrong in every aspect. I am hoping that no one could be that blind to how horrible they are. Did he not ask anyone in the world? "Is this retarded?"

I didn't say I liked it, I said it wasn't that bad. I think it's a perfectly average rock/hip-hop song, perhaps even ever so slightly to the right of average.

So is your problem the music or the lyrics and scenery?

As for the lyrics, who cares. As for the scenery, instead of thinking "this is stupid" I thought "the lighting guys and cinematographer did a pretty good job here."

You have to be kidding. It is a rap about jj and he is like "everyone see that I am holding a guitar saying we did it mama?" he is playing a guitar (an electirc one, unplugged) IN A CAGE. It gives me tons of lulz. You may have the very worst taste in movies and music of any human I have ever met.


That Ralek one, it isn't even funny, I can't even look at it- it is just disturbing.

I have to admit, Ralek is even more embarassing than Eddie. But the fact that Eddie thinks it is such high art, it still makes it funnier to me. Plus, I am still not sure if Ralek is serious or not.
