I'd like to see the book.
At first I assumed that the TKD guy had studied BJJ or Judo, but it's not listed anywhere on is bio on Amazon. So I bet that the grappling in the book are basically hapkido techniques.Leave a comment:

Yeah, I am going to do it tomorrow. I will link it up. I have been posting over there for 6 or 7 years though, I am going to have to post it and just reate see if anyone cares, no one is going to believe me if I try to troll them. I think it is sort of funny, but also a little fraudulent to dress his throwing dummy up as a NU bb. Some brazilians will kill you over that.Leave a comment:

Y'all are funny.
I wish we could see more grappling in TKD. In ITF TKD there is some taught in the self-defense curriculum (not originally in the curriculum, but later brought in from hapkido from what I've heard).Leave a comment:

^^Someone better alert the guys at Nova Uniao that one of their blackbelts is getting worked by a TKD grappler. That guy has some balls putting that gi on the cover. Is that real? If so, I am going to post that on teh grappling forum, someone will take offense and contact the guy, guaranteed.Leave a comment:

That is absolutely true!
In fact, in Revenge of the Ninja, Sho Kosugi says, "Only a ninja can kill a ninja!" The conscientious viewer will notice he doesn't say, "Only a ninja can kill ninjas!"Leave a comment:

Ninja threat level is always inversely related to the number of ninjas though. If you're fighting 100 ninjas, you can kick all their asses one at a time, but if you're up against just one ninja, you know he's a total badass and you're fucked.Leave a comment:

Nothing in particular, I just liked the look and feel and interface of the nook. Plus it comes with like 1000 free magazines and books, which has been nice. Mainly I wanted a tablet that was fast, had an SD card for expansion and photos, and had a responisve touchscreen. The Nook was the only one that had all 3 in my price range.Originally posted by lukeWhy did you decide against the HP pad?
I really like it, and I am pretty happy about the decision.Leave a comment:
