In any case, just so everyone knows, those guys are mods and not just regular users (though it appears that timbob has resigned his position).

It's kind of crazy how isolated the boards are from one another on this site. Most of us here on the MMA board don't go to the other boards, most of the guys on the other boards don't come here. I've never seen a forum so split before.

Yeah, it's weird. And a lot of the older users who have been here since the site started don't come to the MMA forum. I guess those guys just don't give a fuck about MMA. I dunno. But when I was made a mod and had like 10,000 posts they didn't even know I existed. I think the exact comment was, "I didn't even know we had an SPX." BOL.

Well, as always, zY had to turn it into a personal attack, as is his M.O.

Also, from what I understand, one of those guys (I think timbob) drives a church bus for sports teams, so a comment about wanting LSU's bus to crash and, presumably, kill everyone aboard, was destined to not go over well.

With that said, like I mentioned before, I think the main thing is that they just don't know zY and are not used to his shit. They think of IWS as the forum where shit like that is just not allowed to go on, but I think this is probably just another illustration of the difference between the mentality on the MMA board and the mentality throughout the rest of the forum.
