- Don Frye is billed as having a 2nd degree black belt in Judo, which was unexpected
- Gary Goodridge supposedly has a 2nd degree black belt in "Martial Arts Cross Training"; not sure what the fuck that is
- Gary Goodridge's fight was an early stoppage
- Bruce Buffer looks young as hell; Mark Coleman looks young as hell; aging is a bitch
- LOL@TankAbbot getting into shit in Puerto Rico and telling niggas he had to lay down the law
- there's a bitch who has a sign that says "Even women love the UFC! Keep it Legal!"
- the ring girls leave something to be desired
- Don Frye vs Brian Johnston was a damn good fight, better than expected; not sure why exactly Johnston tapped, though

For some reason, I remember that stoppage. They interviewed McCarthy afterwards and he said he stopped the fight because the guy Goodridge was beating on (forget name) tapped. But on rewatching it, I thought the guy's arm just flopped out in a funny way and McCarthy misinterpreted it as a tap. He definitely did some early stoppages in those days; there was that mess with Sakuraba / Silveira, too.

I didn't see anything resembling a tap. There were a couple of other fights that I thought were questionably stopped, but that was the main one. Big John is always regarded as some Referee God, but I've seen him jump the gun more than once.
