So you enjoy it ironically like a bad B-movie. That's how I see the first one. This one has a few so-bad-they're-funny quotes to be sure, but most of the movie is too cringeworthy for me to enjoy it at all.

Although, could you tell me right quick what would be a better motor for my Skyline, a Gallo 12 or a Gallo 24?

I think it could've been a lot better with just a few little changes.

The opening race sequence, for instance, had a chance to be cool but it was just too cartoony. The cars were way too over the top, shooting out color-coordinated flames from the tail-pipe (it is possible to shoot flames out of a tailpipe BTW, but not like all that shit), and Brian's Skyline shooting steam or whatever it was supposed to be out of the sides, etc. And the race itself relied too much on gimmicks like the bridge jump instead of good choreography. The other shit like the ejection seat and jumping a huge car through the air and landing on a boat in the middle of the water was also retarded.

That super 8 looks decent. One of the downsides to watching everything on DVR delay is that I never see commercials for movies. I have never even heard of that movie until just now, but it is obviously a major production.

I can't have this fast and furious discussion anymore...

None of those movies deserves to be discussed as much as we have discussed them on here. At the very best, the best movie in that series (whatever it is, I don't know) can be considered just forgettable and pretty lame. At worst, they are the dumbest piece of shit waste of money productions ever created. That one with Tyrese, I did see... and it was like something a 12 year old would watch. Just so so stupid.
