I think you'd actually find the whole 90s Norwegian Black Metal scene pretty interesting. Those motherfuckers did some wild shit. Church burnings, murder, etc.

Ozzy and Slayer weren't from Scandinavia. It's different cultures and not really comparable. It sounds like you're picking and choosing based on not liking the music.


But whatever. I agree that a lot of the Satanist crap today is pretty silly. But I don't see how it's something to get worked up over. I'm not sure it's any sillier than knocking on people's doors trying to convince them they can live forever in the sky with an invisible man if they donate money.

As for getting worked up, it's not something I worry about on a daily basis, but it's also not really what I want from my music, either.
