Yeah, given that he's only going to be fighting fairly big-name guys, it's about as good a matchup as he's likely to get.

Tito could defintely win that. I think Franklin will beat him, but Tito could get in there.
Franklin needs to get back down to 185. I still think he is one of the best MW''s out there, but these 205ers are huge. Tito and Forrest are both gigantic.

I think Rich takes that fight. Tito's striking isn't near as good as Forrests, so he won't be able to herd Franklin around with that or force Rich to clinch up. Also Tito gases something awful in the third round like clockwork. Rich only needs to edge him out in one round before the third.
