BTW, I did almost buy a PS3 the other day. But I really don't have the money right now.

Xbox 360 is where it's at. But I do miss God of War. Thats really the only game I would get a PS3 for.

I looked at both and, for the money, I think the PS3 is a better value, especially since it's also a Blu-Ray player.

The only thing that would make me prefer the XBOX is Kinect and after looking at the games available for that shit I didn't see much that I would actually be interested in playing.

I'd probably only play like 3 or 4 games a year anyway so ultimately either system would probably work fine for my needs, but a $250 PS3 works best for my wallet.

Neither does the Xbox. I've had Mine since 2005 and the only thing that I ever had problems with were the video ports. Maybe if the thing is put in a non ventilated area it overheats or gets left on 24/7 and burns out the drive but thats going to happen to any gaming system.

And if you wanna go anecdote for anecdote, you're the only person I've seen who hasn't had theirs fail. Every one I know that has one has replaced them multiple times.

I havent gotten mine fixed in years. probably since 2008 id say. mayb 09. Seems like they fixed the issue for good.
