Now that I look at it though, I am not sure if it is just an eReader, I really don't know the difference, because I haven't really been paying attention. Here it is: http://www.officedepot.com/a/product...7-2-GB-Tablet/
It's a tablet. Most tablets double as E-readers with android apps and all that. It seems to be a decent enough unit. Pandigital isn't a big name in the game but they know they're way around shit. It doesn't mention what the battery or Android version specs are but for $67 marked down from $167 you can't really go wrong.

Doesn't matter now, because I just looked it up and they don't have it anymore. Apparently it was $59 in some places and online.

Oh well, I will find another one. Does that one play Flash?

So if it was $68 you wouldn't still classify it as cheap?

No, just saying. You ludo kept going "around $67" in quotes like that is how I said it... all mocking like.

To me, If I can grab it for less than $100, I will think it is worth it. I certainly would not pay like $500 for one. I would just get another laptop, but like I said, the cheapest laptop I can find is about $230. I can get 3.5 tablets for that price.

What got me thinking about it is my buddy gave me his old Android phone, and I was just using it around the house to surf the internet- I didn't activate it or anything. It broke, but it was nice having a 2nd device around for when my wife is hogging the laptop

Makes sense. I've considered getting a tablet just to fuck with it. But it really doesn't make sense, when I already have a netbook. Also, a friend of mine bought an iPad a little while back. He was all enamored with it and shit for a couple of weeks and then hardly touched it after that. That's probably what I would end up doing.

                        Interesting.

I wonder how much those guys--Sylvia, Arlovski, Rogers, Buentello, etc.--make per fight headlining these events outside of the UFC.

Sean McCorkle headlined a local FL show for an organization nobody has heard of against a guy that was like 0-14. Matt Mitrione said McCorkle made more money for that fight then he did for Mitrione's fight against Morecraft.

All i ever do on my computer at home is watch tv and check on this site. That is literally it. I might play chess from time to time. Just want a backup device that allows me to watch videos and surf a little. I think a cheap tab is just the thing. Also, since it is cheap, I won't be afraid of losing it or breaking it, so I can take it on trips and stuff. Honestly, I should just get a smartphone, but I don't want to pay for the data package.

But I have heard a lot of them don't run Flash, which is a deal breaker. Can you watch YT on your tab luke?
Yes it plays youtube and any other videos, like it so far

Also had a netbook and hated the damn thing because it was so slow, this hp pad is way faster than the netbook and is easier to carry around. Plus with a netbook you get maybe 4 hours(if you are lucky) of battery life. I've played on the hp all day and it still hasnt died ,I'd guess it will go 10-12 hours of continuous surfing before it would need recharged.
The screen also has a big full keyboard on it.

What I'm trying to say is HP Pad > Netbook
