But I wouldnt spread BS and you should know that by now. If I said Shields was dominating Sonnen in wrestling I'd expect you'd think I got if from a reliable source . Considering you know who I email back and forth on a weekly basis I'd think you more merit than a bloodyelbow article .

Information like that is hard to trust no matter who it is coming from. What if your source only saw them practice one day and Sonnen was exhausted that day. People also make shit up all the time.

I have to agree with Edman here in that the information coming out of camps is too often misinformation and disinformation. If you got some info from reliable source, then could it be true? Of course it could. And maybe is. But there's just no way to know. There are so many variables.
