I'd say Hendo is kind of "second tier" when listing the MMA greats. Still very good, though.

Frankly, I think Fedor should retire. But if he is going to keep fighting, I definitely want to see him fight heavyweights, not someone who recently lost to a welterweight.

You're being ridiculous Svino. As soon as you read this thread you should have been so excited about the news that you stripped naked and streaked down the street screaming :
" Fedor and Hendo are fighting ,I cant fucking believe it"

I'd like to see it, but it's nothing I am too crazy about.

It is insane how quickly some people forget. Hendo left the UFC as the number 1 contender at MW, and the only guy to have taken a round off Silva (at the time). Its not like he was not relevant. He lost the fight to Shields, but he damn near put him away in the first round. Hendo is a stud, even at 40 (TRT will do that for you).

Yeah, I do believe Hendo's still good (I just bet on him, after all), but I think we can get a good feel for what the fan reaction would be to this fight because we've been here before. Remember Fedor vs. Lindland? It's going to be all "Oooh, Fedor's fighting an aging middleweight."

I'd say if Fedor thinks he's still got it, have him fight once against another loser in the tournament (Barnett, Overeem, or a Werdum rematch would all be good) and if he wins that, give him a shot at the tournament winner.

Oh, yeah, I don't particularly care to see the with Fedor. I don't want to see him drop weigh classes at all and I don't think he will do that well at LHW. I was just saying, Hendo is good and still relevant IMO.
