Where are you doing this live betting? Just out of curiosity, how much time was left in the fight when you placed this bet?

I use Diamond sports....www.2betdsi.com...I believe there through bookmaker.

Sometimes they allow betting up to the 3rd round in a 3 rounder. It really depends on how close the fight is. I think I made the johnson bets at the start of the 2nd round when it was clear hardy was going to be on his back all night.

Their's a $250 max on most in progress bets, so if you have a huge bankroll it might not help you that much. I'm still building so it worked to cover my ass last night. The other problem is once on guy has a clear advantage the line absolutely explodes. Johnson went from -300 to -600 plus in the blink of an eye last night.

Should add the last bet on Anthony Johnson 25u to win 1.6 I believe was at the start of the 3rd round. He didn't appear to gassed and got a takedown so I dumped on him. Line was -1500 I believe. I definitely won't do it once I have a more established bank roll, but you got to take some risks while building imho.

^^ pretty much. Was only a .25u bet, a shot in the dark... just having some fun. They both came out OK on the event, so I don't think their feelings will be too hurt. Not like it is some amazing prediction, it was the only dog bet in the parlay.

I was only 2 off on the big 0.1u parlay too. I swear lately all of my jackpot parlays have been like 1-2 fights off. I will hit it one day though. The worst was UFC 126 when I was 1 away from winning $2000 off of like $1 from all prop bets on a 9 teamer

^ yeah, I often throw down a wiseman special as well, I usually don't post it because it is usually like 3 bucks. I have hit a couple of them, but usually only like +500 ones. I have come close on a couple of longer ones though.

I have found that I can keep the action monster at bay by just throwing a couple bucks down the toilet on the wisemann specials. Seems like a worthy investment just so I have some rooting interest in the fights.
