My initial feeling is that MacDonald should win, but Pyle has been on something of a war path lately so I dunno. We may see a repeat of the Hathaway fight, where he takes a good prospect and just destroys him.

I'd say Mendes takes it easily, but that's what I said about Brown, so. . .

Mendes will probably try to keep it standing. Though Mizugaki stifled Yahya on the ground for the most part.

Yahya will not be able to do what he did to Brown to Mendes.

Well that's my point. I don't think so either, but I thought Brown would easily overpower him as well.

"It's unconscionable to pay a title contender like Mendes $19,000 to fight. Not only does it necessitate tough decisions like this, it also creates an unbalanced playing field. With that kind of money backing him, Mendes can barely afford a world class training camp and can forget about maintaining a reasonable standard of living. Chad Mendes, the top contender to the featherweight crown, is giving up on a chance to win the championship of the world - likely because of money issues."

That is pretty retarded. These guys aren't in the WEC anymore . . . now they're in the UFC.

If the reason behind this is that they're still working off their old contracts, I suppose I can go with it, but as soon as those contracts are up the UFC should give all these guys a significant bump in pay. Really though the UFC should do the right thing and write up new, UFC level contracts for everyone.

                            Geez, thats fuckin brutal.

When he comes to Philly, I can have him tear down my daughters swingset/tree house/monkey bars in my yard and get rid of it.

Ill give him like 200 bucks and have my wife cook him dinner.
