Please explain because 4 years and being in shape usually makes a difference.

Maybe Nog is depressed and just doesn't give a fuck anymore.

I think it's just a mixture of time, timing, and possibly new experiences. He's been fighting forever, taking damage forever, fighting hurt forever, and now all of a sudden he has three surgeries inside of a year and may not know how to properly gage when he's feeling up to fighting. Then again he might be shellshocked too, so there is that.

So what does a guy like Nog do when it's obvious it's time to retire?

Start his own gym? Become an investment banker?

Well he has his own gym. I imagine he'll go into seriously coaching and cornering guys and passing on his knowledge.

Well, I suspect Silva would come in around -250, and in that case I would definitely bet on Sonnen.

I wish there was a "Not Shogun by submission" prop. I'd be ALL over that one.

                          Still worth it IMO.

Griffin has a tendency to tap to strikes. . .

Really? In all of his losses he has no losses by submission to strikes.

He tapped against both Rashad and Jardine. There are gifs out there, but I don't know where to find them.

He basically waved off the fight against Silva, too.
