Konrad is definitely going to beat Buentello. Any guesses on the line? I think about -700.

I would like to parlay Konrad with someone, but I don't know much about these 205ers. The only one I was familiar with was Fekete, and he lost last round to Hale via inverted triangle choke.

I guess I could throw Konrad in with GSP or Machida or Aldo (or allof them!). No, but I really don't see Konrad losing here.

I try not to ever go over -400 or so. It is not a frim rule, but I try to stick to it. If I can't find anything, I will do Konrad + some props for UFC 130.

I think he will be around -700 like Scientist said, but If I could get him at like -250 or some shit like that, I would be all over that. Buentello was getting grapplefucked by Kongo, I dont see how it will be any easier against Konrad.

Buentello was pushed around by big fat Tim Sylvia too. Konrad is like a big fat Sylvia but with wrestling skill, he should be able to do the job. Maybe even a submission win.

I just see Konrad as a guy who is NOT a mixed martial artist--he is a one-trick pony--and while he's good at the one thing he's good at, he's eventually going to run up against someone who actually is a decent fighter and he's going to lose. And after he loses, he probably won't win very much after that, unless he goes back to fighting dudes no one's ever heard of.

^ Probably in MMA. Brock looks like he hits a lot harder and he would probably wear Cole down and beat him with cardio. But I don't think Brock could take him down... Konrad is a 2x champion and he also defeated Steve Mocco, the HW olympian in 2008. That said, I agree he is a one trick pony, i just disagree that this is a bad thing. I mean it is one thing if your oen trick is wrestling and you aren't that good at it, but that isn't Konrad. Also, being a HW, the submission and sweep threat is a lot lower... so his one trick is even more potent.
