The current form also heavily favors the Blackhawks, as they’ve won five of their last seven and have picked up points in six of those games. The Sharkies lost 1-0 last night. They have two wins over their last seven and the pair of wins have come against Dallas and Montreal, two teams going nowhere fast. These two have met once this season back on November 23 in San Jose. The Sharks won 1-0 but were clearly the second best team on the ice, as the Blackhawks dominated play from start to finish. It’s payback time here in what has to be considered a strong wager. As I release this selection at 5:00AM Pacific, the Broncos are anywhere from -3 to -3 1/2 depending on where you check in Vegas and offshore. In either case, if you're price is between -3 and -4 1/2, I would purchase the half-point on Denver, reducing the price you're laying with the Broncos. As you know, I'm a firm believer in buying the hook when the number crosses 3, 4, 7 and sometimes 10, and today's is obviously one of those cases.
