4-STAR MIAMI -11 over Portland - Miami is locked in and that's not a good sign for opponents right now. Portland doesn't have the defensive fire power to limit Miami's which would likely be necessary for them to cover this line.
Miami is coming off a 107-97 home win over the rival Lakers. The Heat are 9-0-1 ATS (7.8 ppg) since November 27, 2002 after playing at home against the Lakers.
Portland meanwhile lost to the lowly Magic on Sunday, 110-104. Their offense wasn't the problem with 42 baskets in that game and 31 assists. The Trailblazers are 0-10 ATS (-10.2 ppg) since February 08, 2006 as a road dog with at least one day of rest after a game on the road in which the percentage of their baskets that were assisted was at least ten percentage points higher than their season-to-date average.
