The Rams return home after a huge road sweep of Wyoming and Hawaii. They beat up the Cowboys in quad revenge in Laramie two Saturdays ago 52-22. They follow by opening a huge lead in Honolulu last week before holding on for a 35-28 win over the Warriors. Now they're back home where they last played San Jose State, coughing up a big lead and losing 34-27. Their last game home prior to that one? A 59-42 win over UTEP.


As you can see, the Rams can put points on the board. In fact, they've scored at least 27 in every game other than when they played at Alabama. Big surprise there. Problem is, Colorado State doesn't play much defense as it has allowed at least 22 point in all but one game.


Boise is coming off a 37-29 loss at revenge-fueled BYU last Friday, a game marred by four turnovers in Grant Hedrick's first starting assignment. But the Broncos had scored at least 34 points in their previous six games. Considering Colorado State has given up an average of 34 points and 310 passing yards a game while also being somewhat ineffective against mobile quarterbacks like the one they're facing tonight, I think this game will be a shootout with both teams scoring in the 30's to easily put it over the posted price.
