The Thunder blew out the Heat on Thursday and now head up to Brooklyn to face the Nets. I
think that they will struggle in this game. They will have a letdown after that big win at Miami.
Brooklyn is as hot as anyone. They beat the Thunder in Oklahoma back on Jan. 2 and that started
the Nets on a 10-2 straight up run. Brooklyn is 9-3 ATS in those games and they are hot.
Brooklyn has covered two straight in this series and I think they have a great chance to win this
game outright. The Nets are 3-1 ATS as a home underdog and they won those three games
outright. Look for an upset in this one.Comment

4 Unit Play Take #805 Memphis pick'em over Minnesota (8:05pm est):
Not sure what to make of this Minnesota team who just two weeks ago were in shambles after
losing three straight games. They got better though and in a hurry with five wins in their next six
games but what has happened? First off two of those wins came over Utah. They Timberwolves
pulled off a big fourth quarter comeback to steal their next game over Golden State by just a
point. Minnesota then went into Portland and were beat before beating up on the Bulls by nine
points in the last game of a week long trip. Their last win came over the Pelicans who were in a
back to back spot coming into town and double digit underdogs in the game. Overall the five wins
came against one decent team and was a one point victory. Keep in mind before that they went
just 5-8 their previous 13 games, going 0-6 versus teams with winning records overall. They are
also down a key player in this one to injury and Memphis has owned them in past years.
Memphis comes in on fire. Since getting Marc Gasol back in their lineup they have went 7-1
overall and notched some nice wins on their belts also. They beat Portland on the road, pulled off
back to back victories over a solid Houston team while also beating the Thunder, Hawks and Suns
as well. Not many teams are playing better right now than the Grizzlies who know they need to
turn things up a notch if they are going to make the playoffs.
