            3* 11/09 10:00 AM NFL (257) SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS VS (258) NEW ORLEANS SAINTS Take: (258) NEW ORLEANS SAINTS Reason: These teams may both be 4-4 but they are going in different directions. San Francisco has a one-dimensional offense that now has trouble running the football because of offensive line issues. They faced the Rams last week, a team that can’t stop the run, and the 49ers had just 80 yards rushing and allowed 8 sacks! There’s a lot wrong with this team, on and off the field. They face a Saints offense that is explosive, 3rd in the NFL in passing (307 yards pg), 7th in rushing (129.5 pg). They blew out Green Bay at home, 44-23, as Brees completed 27 of 32 passes for 311 yards and three touchdowns. The Saints had 302 yards passing, 193 rushing. The Saints are 25-12 ATS vs. a team with a winning record. These teams met on this field a year ago and the Saints won holding San Fran to 81 yards rushing, 3.7 ypc. They look better while the banged up 49ers have taken a step back. Play the Saints!

            4* 11/09 10:00 AM NFL (261) PITTSBURGH STEELERS VS (262) NEW YORK JETS Take: (261) PITTSBURGH STEELERS Reason: The Jets are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 home games, 1-7-1 ATS overall. Pittsburgh (6-3) is in town riding a 3-game win steak with the hottest QB in football, scoring 30, 51 and 43 the last three games. Ben Roethlisberger threw for 340 yards and six scores to set an NFL record for touchdown passes in consecutive games in a 43-23 victory over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday night. New York has lost 8 in a row with no offense, no QB play…and even no defense. Amazing that Rex Ryan’s team on defense has forced 3 turnovers, on pace for worst all time. That record was the 2013 Texans (11), who went 2-14. The Steelers are on a 4-1 ATS run and will roll again. Play Pittsburgh!

            5* 11/09 01:05 PM NFL (265) DENVER BRONCOS VS (266) OAKLAND RAIDERS Take: NFL Blowout Game of the Month: (265) DENVER BRONCOS. A tough situational spot for the home team. Denver just got embarrassed at New England and the players have had to answer questions all week about their failure. The Broncos are 7-0 ATS in their last 7 games following a loss. Now they get to bounce back with a chip on their shoulder against a truly awful Oakland team. The Raiders have scored 14 points or fewer six times. The Raiders are 3-7-1 ATS vs. a team with a winning record. Denver is tops in the NFL in run defense, which means all the pressure will be on the rookie Oakland QB — with Von Miller and the strong Denver DEs baring down on him. Payton Manning, who has won seven in a row Oakland, has thrown a TD pass in 47 straight games – tied with Johnny Unitas for the third-longest streak in history. Denver has won five consecutive matchups against Oakland, with the margin of victory at least 13 points in each, including 37-21 and 34-14 last year. The road team is 15-5-1 ATS in their last 21 meetings with Denver 5-1 ATS here. TAKE: (265) DENVER BRONCOS.

                  NFLBetting Picks / Kevin
                  Kevin’s Pick(s):
                  2 UNIT = St Louis Rams @ Arizona Cardinals – RAMS +6.5 (+102)
                  (Note: I’m risking 2.00 units to win 2.04 units)

                  Kyle’s Pick(s)
                  2 UNIT = Miami Dolphins @ Detroit Lions – LIONS -2.5 (-110)
                  (Note: I’m risking 2.00 units to win 1.82 units)
                  After last weeks win in London it is hard to say that this is the same old Lions. They initially missed a game winning field goal, but a delay of game penalty game them another opportunity to win it. Prater made sure the next attempt was going for 3 points, as the Lions came back from a 21-0 hole to beat the Falcons. That kind of stuff doesn’t happen to the Lions. They are usually on the opposite end of disastrous events. At 6-2, this is usually where the Lions begin to take a dose dive. Head coach Jim Caldwell has this team feeling confident about themselves, though. The biggest surprise about this Lions run is that they have been doing it without Calvin Johnson and Reggie Bush. Johnson and Bush are two of the biggest talents on the Lions’ roster, but the emergence of Golden Tate has really taken off the heat of the elite talent. Tate has 800 yards and 3 touchdowns, averaging 100 per game. Johnson and Tate haven’t really been able to get into a rhythm together due to the injury. However, when they get going, and if everyone can stay healthy, the offense will be a major threat. I see Calvin having a big game on Sunday. Thus far it hasn’t been the offense winning them games, rather the defense has. The Lions are 1st in the NFL in total defense, allowing only 290 yards per game and 15.8 points. Running the ball against them has become an afterthought. 2nd in the NFL, Detroit is giving up just 74 yards a game. The Dolphins’ offense is based off a run game to open up the chances for quarterback Ryan Tannehill to connect down-field. Miami is 4th in the league in rushing; however, I tend to side with a strong defense to limit good ground teams at home. Statistically the Lions’ offense hasn’t excelled to our expectations, but any team would without their number 1 running back and wide receiver. Moreover, the Lions have been getting adjusted to a new OC. If this game were in Miami the Dolphins probably win, but in Detroit after a bye week, the crowd is going to be fired up and the Lions are going to be hungry to put the Lions in a place they haven’t been in a long time: a record of 7-2.

                                Taking ARIZONA here. Look. You know I am not a fan of the Rams. We have faded them the last few weeks. So they come in off a HUGE win over SF. I don't care if SF is down a bit. Or that Seattle is down a bit. Those are 2 big wins the last 3 weeks for STL. We played on KC as a Top 10* with the Rams in a tough division sandwich. Now, off a big road win, I see them slipping up. This team still doesn't impress me. To be honest, Arizona wasn't that high on my radar either after losing a couple defensive guys in August. But they have continued to win, even when their QB was out. We forget the Cards were a 10 win team that failed to make the playoffs. They play their balls off for their HC. And in turn, this team just wins. Rams 2-5 ATS last 7 on the road and 2-5 ATS last 7 here in Arizona. Cardinals 11-1 ATS last 12 vs teams with losing records. Pretty obvious that they do not 'play down' to lesser opponents. 10* Money Bomb ARIZONA CARDINALS
