Playing in Seattle will pose a great challenge for Carolina. Let's face it Carolina is not a "GOOD" team. They come from a bad division and beat a even worse team in the playoffs. Cam Newton is clearly banged up and i guarantee he will feel the after effects from the AZ game in this one. He will be hit left and right and i can see SuperCam folding up under pressure. We will see him in pain in this one and i would not be shocked if Seattle took him out of this game and we see Derek Anderson...Yards for Carolina will be very hard to come by with a limited offense. Carolina managed a nice 386 yards Vs. AZ. Arizona also turned the ball over and they had a horrible 3rd down conversion rate. 3-12. Carolina controlled that for 37 minuÙtes. The AZ defense not only was banged up but on the field with no help from the offense. Seattle is coming off a full weeks rest and a big win at home Vs. St. Louis...I was much against this Seattle team for weeks and weeks. I had to come to the realization that this is the super bowl champs here. They finally got the offense rolling now and that's just scary. The defense is playing like the defense we all remember. Seattle has givin up a total of 37 points in 6 games...Let's repeat that..SEATTLE has given up 37 points in 6 games!!...That a avg of 6.1ppg...That's almost unheard of. They did it against teams just like Carolina on offense..SF, StL, AZ,..they did give up 14 to Philly..I'm not saying Carolina will only score 6 points in this game but i have a gut feeling it will be pretty damn close. Carolina WR Benjamin will be taken out of this game and so will the weak running attack of Carolina...WHo is going to score for this team against this defense?...Right, maybe the kicker for Carolina Graham Gano. The scoring for Carolina facing the #1 defense in football will be very little. So we need points from Seattle. Well with 2 weeks to prepare and a grinding run game i fully expect Seattle to put points on the board. Let's face it here this is a dress rehersal for Seattle. They need to get the offense rolling in this game to face Dallas who they lost to this season, or Green bay who can score with the best QB and WR core in the league. Seattle will not just score enough and lay down. They need to work on getting the ball to WR Baldwin, Richardson & Lynch out of the backfield...I fully expect Russell Wilson to have a good game passing and running the ball...guys Seattle is a championship team..Carolina is lucky they even got here and faced a bad AZ team. This is a blowout plain and simple. The only thing we have to worry about in this game is the backdoor cover. The way Pete Carroll coaches this team i doubt that happens. One thing about Carroll he loves to win and to win big at times. This is one of those times in a tune up game...I would not touch Carolina with a substantial amount of points here. I would honestly need 3 touchdowns to consider backing this team in this spot on this turf Vs. this team..No way am i touching Carolina..They will get bombed in this game....Seatlle 34-13
