Phil Hughes last season had a comeback season going 16-10 with a 3.52 ERA with a very bad Twins team. I love the plus money on the Twins today as they get very little respect. With only 36% of the public money this line has gone from +187 to +167 telling us the sharps are very much behind the Twins. I’ll gladly take the Twins at this price for a 10* play.
