the Seattle Storm with their rookie class the #1 and #3 Draft Picks Jewell Loyd and Kaleena Mosqueda Lewis looked motivated in Jenny Bouceks debut as a new coach,Jewell Loyd the #Draft Pick with a pretty good debut, in 23 minutes playing time she had 15 points,not much to say about the new star shooter Mosqueda Lewis, I said in earlier previews she will be the best shooter the WNBA ever had (even better than Taurasi) but she had only 4 points in 14 minutes playing time ,she almost sat the whole first half,Griner the only Mercury player in normal form with 12 points

positive surprise Abby Bishop the Aussie who is back in the WNBA after 5 seasons,she was one of the best players in the Australian WNBL and also positive the japanese Center Ramu Tokashiki,best 3point shooter for the Storm was Renee Montgomery who was traded from the Connecticut Sun, the Storm will miss Angel Robinson who had agreat season europe, one of the players where i have an eye on she will be one of the most improved player if she can carry over her overseas form,but she will be missing the start of the season as she is also on contract with the Montenegro National Team like Shay Murphy

if you want to make a bet on tomorrows game at Phoenix, I highly recommend to do it fast as the opening line is Seattle +8.5, I cannot imagine that the Mercury turn things around within in 48 hours and 8.5 points is a lot
