Make sure to follow the Exterminator NBA System guidelines below:


- All {A} bets are not part of the Exterminator system. Unless, however, if you have the ability to buy 3 points at -170 odds, then it is strongly advisable to place a small wager on all the {A} bets with buying 3 points, up to 5% of your bankroll. This is an optional betting strategy, which has proven to be a profitable one based on my research. Buying 3 points on {A} bets has won over 65% of the time over the years, so you should bet on {A} bets if you can buy 3 points at -170 odds.


-All {B} and {C} bets are qualified under both the original NBA system as well as the Exterminator system. For the Exterminator system, bet a flat percentage of your bankroll on both {B} and {C} bets. You do not need to buy any points on these bets under the Exterminator system.


- Remember to bet on the point spread (handicap line)


- If your team is a favorite, bet on the money line. If the team is a big favorite resulting in odds that are too unfavorable for you to be comfortable with, then you can either optionally skip the series, or bet on the point spread, but do not continue betting on the series if your team wins the game but the bet does not cover.


Always consider the injury and the best/worst road team filters. Check the injuries to ensure your team's best player isn't out. I will always make my best effort to notify you of game-changing injuries whenever I am aware of them to ensure that you don't make wagers on team that don't pass the injury filter. However, I cannot make guarantees that I will always be able to be on top of every single injury, every game, every day, at all times. Some teams may hold off on releasing relevant injury information until much later in the day. A bet will be unofficial if it does not pass the filters of the system. Ultimately as a bettor, I always strongly encourage that if there's any uncertainty about the status of your team's best player for a game that you always check on final injury updates.

3-Unit Play. #759 Take Fresno State (+8) over San Diego State (11 p.m., Tuesday, January 19)

Massive game tonight in the Mountain West, as two of the league's top teams clash to see where they stand against one another. And I like the Bulldogs. This year's Fresno State team is very talented, but just the same the Aztecs have been a bit inconsistent. I don't like San Deigo State as a favorite. They are just 3-3 ATS this season laying points. In tonight's match-up, Fresno knows they are the underdog and the team to prove something. And considering the Aztecs don't score the ball that well (65 ppg), this spread will feel even bigger in a low scoring, tightly contested contest. Take the number and the program out to show something new. Fresno State covered both meetings last year, and I wouldn't be surprised if another cover came via an outright winner tonight. Statement game for the Bulldogs here.

3-Unit Play. Take #720 Akron (-5.5) over Eastern Michigan (7 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 19)

I have followed this Eastern Michigan team very closely. They don't look good. This team needed a big comeback at home against Bowling Green just to make that game respectable. They are one of the worst road teams in the MAC and are just 2-7 ATS in their last nine games away from Ypsilanti. Akron has lost two straight. They were blown out in both. But they are 9-3 ATS in their last 12 home games and the home team is 14-5 ATS in the last 19 meetings between these two schools. Eastern Michigan doesn't have enough scoring punch other than Raven Lee. And Akron is a team that talked all weekend long about working on its defense. I expect a good, strong effort from the home team because the Zips need a win to get back in the MAC race. Lay the points.

2-Unit Play. Take #736 East Carolina (+8) over Tulsa (7 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 19)

I'll go with the home underdog in this one. ECU lost badly to Tulsa on Jan. 5, scoring just 43 points in a 12-point defeat. It was their worst game of the season. But now the Pirates will come to play at home. Tulsa is off a big win over Connecticut last week and they won't be too excited about playing a team that they dominated the first time around. But Tulsa can have problems scoring the ball too and I don't think that they should be laying this many points. Tulsa is just 1-2 ATS in its three road games the last month and they are just 2-6 ATS in their last eight games after covering a spread. I think ECU keeps this one close.

5 Unit Play. Take #744 Northern Illinois -3 over Central Michigan (8:00p.m., Tuesday January 19)
The Northern Illinois Huskies are at home in the Convocation Center and the Huskies will be looking for some revenge tonight. We had the Huskies on Saturday on the road against Western Michigan and we lost 69-83 but again that game for NIU was on the road. Tonight NIU is at home and the Huskies are a perfect 11-0 and 4-straight home games were won by double-digits. Should be a high scoring game and with the Chippewas struggling on the road we should see the Huskies getting back to winning conference games. Central Michigan is 3-8-1 ATS in their last 12 games and the Chippewas are 2-5-1 ATS in their last 8 road games. Northern Illinois is 7-1 ATS in their last 8 home games and the Huskies win tonight by 5 points or more
