Today we are going to look at another team that played a game vs a team that hasn’t yet. George Washington advanced yesterday but they didn’t cover as they were the team that hadn’t played yet facing a St Louis team that did play the night before. Today George Washington has that luxury and they are facing a St Joe’s team that struggled down the stretch going 2-3 SU and just 1-4 ATS. George Washington plays with revenge for an 18 point loss on their home floor earlier this year. It must be noted that when they played that game George Washington was coming off a huge upset at VCU as a 9 point underdog. I believe George Washington might of still been celebrating that win and wasn’t mentally prepared to play. St Joe’s 1-4 ATS slide has been a result of shoddy defensive play as they have allowed teams to shoot over 50% against them in 3 of the last 5 games. In the game against St Bonaventure the Bonnies shot 63%. I’m riding the momentum of George Washington’s win yesterday as my numbers have George Washington winning by 3-5 points.

7-Unit Play. Take #539 Connecticut (+2) over Cincinnati (2:30 p.m., Friday, March 11)

Cincy should be in the tournament, and deep down inside the players know that. I do feel that UCONN should be in as well, but they are more of a bubble team than the Bearcats. The Huskies need this game bad and they will step up to the challenge. Cincy is just 1-5 ATS in their last six neutral site games while UCONN is an impressive 41-20-1 ATS in their last 62 neutral site games. That stat alone proves that UCONN has been in this situation more often and that they know how to get the job done when necessary. The Huskies have the ability to score the ball from numerous positions and this scoring depth will prove beneficial tonight. UCONN has four guys that average nearly 12 points or more. The Huskies are 12-5 ATS in their last 17 meetings with Cincy.

3-Unit Play. Take #522 Indiana (-7.5) over Michigan (Noon, Friday, March 11)

2-Unit Play. Take 'Over' 145.5 Michigan vs. Indiana (Noon, Friday, March 11)

Indiana can flat out score the basketball and Michigan will struggle to stop them. The Wolverines however can absolutely score high 60s-low 70s in this game. The Hoosiers should have no problem getting to the 80s. I see this having a 82-72 type feel to it. Michigan did not look good versus Northwestern yesterday. Now they face a rested Indiana squad that is doing everything they can to earn a top 2 seed in the NCAA Tournament, or even possibly a 1-seed. They know that big wins in the Big10 tournament can go a long way as the seeding committee looks at how a team does as they finish out a season. Michigan is just 6-19-1 ATS in their last 26 games versus the Hoosiers and 1-5 ATS in their last six games following a S.U. victory. Lay the points on the better team in this early matchup.

2-Unit Play. Take #554 Old Dominion (-3.5) over Western Kentucky (4 p.m., Friday, March 11)

I like ODU in this spot. They are playing great basketball and the catch WKU coming off a huge win over UAB. The Hilltoppers will let down a bit here as their offensive surge will hit a snag. ODU is a great defensive ball club and WKU will have to completely change their game plan in this game. Western Kentucky has been scoring at will lately, but won't find it easy tonight. Look for ODU to set the pace and win/cover this game late, 60-52.

What a great PAC-12 battle tonight at MGM and I'm sure everybody is excited to watch Arizona versus Oregon but not me. This game has my full attention and late in this game I see Utah pulling away and winning this game to advance to Saturday's Championship game. California leads the all-time series 13-12, but the Utah Utes have won 4 out of their last 5 meetings and I see this trend cashing tonight.

7 Unit Play. Take #584 Fresno St -3 over Colorado St (11:30p.m., Friday March 11 CBSC)
If it's not broke don't fix it and tonight we are going back to the well with the Fresno St Bulldogs. Last night we had Fresno over a tired UNLV squad and late in the second half the Bulldogs took over the game an easily won 95-82. Earlier this month these two teams met in Fresno and the Bulldogs won 87-73 and if the Bulldogs start off hot like they did in that game I see another double-digit Fresno winner. Colorado St pulled off the upset last night against Boise winning 88-81 and the Rams come into this game winning 3-straight. But, the Bulldogs are red hot right now (winning 7-straight and 10 out 12 conference games) and I see the offense of Fresno being too much for the Rams late tonight. The favorite in this series is 6-0 ATS and the Bulldogs are a perfect 5-0 ATS against a team with a winning SU record.

Idaho has scored 77 points yesterday and 82 points against Idaho St and tonight in their 3rd straight game I see another Vandals high offense burst. Montana has averaged 72.6ppg this season and with a low total I'm jumping on the over in this Big Sky Conference game. Montana is 6-1-1 O/U following a SU win and their last 11 conference games 7 of them went over the total

5 Conference Tournament Selections Today:

3-Unit Play. #523. Take Under 139 Illinois vs. Purdue (Friday @ 2:30pm est)
Our first selection is that we roll with the Under here in what should be a closer game than most realize as Illinois is making a spirited effort in the Big10 Tournament. If they are able to win they will start to raise some eyebrows and it's not that this team is horrendous as this is the same team that has now won 7 Big 10 Games to their credit and just beat Iowa by 2 points. Heck, they even beat Purdue by 14 points the last time they faced each other and though Purdue has revenge we feel that both teams will step up here on the defensive end. Illinois is known for their defense as that is their calling card and they just held Minnesota to 52 points and Iowa to 66 points. We like Purdue to play strong defensviely with revenge and Illinois to keep playing well holding on to the slim hope of continuing to make it in this tournament for an at-large-bid.

3-Unit Play. #534. Take Virginia Commonwealth -12 over Massachusetts (Friday @ 6:30pm est)
VCU has a lot of revenge over UMass and they will not be overlooking them here. Note, that VCU lost to this team by 6 points earlier this year on the road in what was a complete shocker as this is a top 25 team coached by Will Wade losing to a team outside the top 170. With this team coming off af loss to Dayton by 1 point and looking to bounce-back very quickly, and against a team who they are seeking revenge against as well. VCU is a squad that that is top 15 on the defensive end and when they come off a loss, they do very well, such as beating St. Louis by more than 30 points after the Massachusetts loss earlier this season or beating George Washington by 4 after the George Mason loss. We roll with VCU here with revenge and the bounce-back.

3-Unit Play. #562. Take North Carolina -7 over Notre Dame (Friday @ 7pm est)
We nearly made this a 4-unti selection as we nearly made VCU a 4-unit selection but we wanted to lay off another double-digit favorite step-out as well so we just made it a regular selection. Heck, even the Illinois Under we could have made it a step-out but we are ok with this as we go with a 5-pack and look to go for a winning day and the possibility if it all comes together for a big day. But, UNC is a decent public fade here, they have revenge from losing to Notre Dame earlier this year and Notre Dame likely is in for a let down after a big win against Duke in overtime. This team just routed Pitt by 17 points, has revenge, good public fade and is the 3rd ranking power ranking team in the nation and they get to face these guys again. We like UNC here as they likely win by double-digits.

3-Unit Play. #571. Take Under 147 Oklahoma vs. West Virginia (Friday @ 9:30pm est)
We roll with the Under here as the last time these two teams faced each other, West Virginia continued to get routed by Oklahoma and after losing to this team twice, we like WVU to get some revenge here on the defensive side of the ball. Huggins is one of the best defensive minds in all of college basketball and after going 0-2 against this team, look for this game to have a very slow pace and to have a half-court offensive paced as it drags and frustrates the high octane offense of Oklahoma. Regardless of who covers, we like this game into the high 130's today.
