We roll with Notre Dame in this early game as these seniors in Notre Dame want to beat Pittsburgh for their first time. If you take a look bac, you will see that Notre Dame for as good as they have been for as long as they have been, they have yet to Pittsburgh over the last few years under Jamie Dixon. It's quite surprising actually. So, these seniors will want to taste victory for at least 1 time over Pittsburgh. Sure, Pitt has a new coach and he will want to do well here, but that's a moot point given that these guys will have a strong motivation to do well. Plus, Notre Dame is the better team. This is a squad that has beat the likes of Colorado, Northwestern and Iowa this year all sound teams in the power rankings and they are top 10 in offense and 2nd in the nation in turnover percentage. They face a Pitt team who is outside the top 130 in offense and outside the top 200 in offensive rebounding so it could be a lot of one and done here on the offensive end for Notre Dame. We like the Irish, the better team, the highly motivated team to do well here this early Saturday Afternoon.

All of NC State's wins have been against teams outside the top 100 and they will have their issues today against the best team they have faced all year who is also seeking revenge.
