While he's stumbled a bit over his last few starts, Nola is starting to establish himself as a legitimate ace pitcher. Today he gets a tough Washington Nationals lineup, but one that is weaker without Bryce Harper in the middle of it. Harper means so much to this team and the players around him aren't as good when he sits. Tanner Roark takes the mound for the Nats and he's in a really nice groove. The 30-year old right-hander has allowed more than three earned runs just once over his last 11 starts. In his last three outings, Roark has a splendid 26-2 K-BB ratio. The Phils have been struggling to plate runs all year, so I expect Roark to continue his run. Take the UNDER in this one.
