NBA | Hawks vs Nuggets
Play on: Nuggets -9 -110 at betonline
My 1* Free Play is on the Denver Nuggets (9:05 EST).
The Hawks won’t be playing in the postseason, but if the campaign ended today, the Nuggets would be with the No. 6 seed in the West and a 21-18 overall record.
Atlanta almost got off the schneid in its latest outing, but it comes into tonight’s contest off another loss, this one of the “heart breaking” variety (108-107 setback to the Clippers.) Taurean Prince was a standout with 20 points, four boards, three assists, two blocks and a steal.
The Nuggets come in off a 124-114 loss to the Warriors, as Stephen Curry went off for 32 points and nine assists. Denver though had four players that put up at least 21 points in that one (Gary Haris, Trey Lyles, Jamal Murray and Nikola Jokic.)
I’ll point out as well that the Hawks are just 1-2 ATS in their last three after scoring 105 points or more in their previous contest, while Denver is 11-7 ATS at home and 6-3 ATS after allowing 115 points or more in its previous outing.
Atlanta has a letdown here in my opinion in the finale of its five game Western swing, while I look for the Nuggets to bounce back after their loss to the defending champs.
Consider Denver in this one.
Good luck…Larry
