HARLEY B - Have to like this gelding today. If you take a look at his PP lines you see a definite pattern, getting closer with each race. FRENCHANA - This colt should be at the peak of fitness, this far into his form cycle.

Vulnerable Contenders: #7 NO DRINKING RULES (ML=5/2), #8 FINAL BLESSING (ML=3/1), #4 I'M TRULY BLESSED (ML=6/1),

NO DRINKING RULES - This morning-line favorite ran on February 26th and hasn't had a work since. This gelding hasn't been getting the job done as the favorite. FINAL BLESSING - Hasn't hit the board in any sprint contests of late. Not probable to see him doing it today either. This less than sharp equine didn't go to the head of the pack and didn't make up ground in the lane last time he ran. I'M TRULY BLESSED - This was a live one, but now this one hasn't been doing anything in the morning. Have to be leery of this one. Should be difficult for this horse to beat this group off of that last speed figure. Doubtful to improve enough to run a figure close enough to today's class figure, so put him on the vulnerable contenders list.

THE RANCH - Have to give this gelding a good chance. Ran a good effort in the last race within the last month. When Arrieta and Martinez team up on equines the ROI has been fabulous at +112. Arrieta rode this thoroughbred for the initial time last time out and comes right back this time. Ranked number one in earnings per race. Another sign that this animal is the class of the field.

Vulnerable Contenders: #6 HERKIMER STORM (ML=9/5), #1 TOP ROCKET (ML=4/1), #3 MONTANA JACK (ML=5/1),

HERKIMER STORM - In the last affair this pony finished fifth. Doesn't show much potential for his chances this time. I find it hard to bet on any thoroughbred in a short distance contest at 9/5 when he hasn't shown any positive results in sprints in the last couple of months. TOP ROCKET - Multiple races for this pony at Turf Paradise and still hasn't received his first victory here. Difficult to put any cash on this gelding on the win end. Likes to land in the top three though. Recorded a somewhat easily forgotten fig last time out in a $10,000 Maiden Claiming race on March 10th. Not probable to see an improved performance off of that figure. MONTANA JACK - Tough to play any thoroughbred like this that didn't end up on the board after the long vacation and comes right back. Hasn't finished in the money in any short distance affairs recently. Not probable to see him doing it today either. Don't believe this racer will make an impact in today's race. That last speed figure was substandard when compared with today's class figure.
