ENYEL DE LOS SANTOS (R) vs. DREW GAGNON (R)
    SIM grading
    5 stars on a 3 to 10-star grading scale.
    Recommended Strategy
Place a 5-star wager on the Phillies using the money line, which is currently priced at -120.
    SIM Projections and Results
Phillies are playing well and are 28-12 (+15.9 Units) against the money line after having won 4 or 5 of their last 6 games this season. Mets have had tons of injuries, but are not playing good baseball on a consistent basis. They are just 13-31 (-19.6 Units) against the money line when the money line is +125 to -125 this season.
Phillies scored three runs on two hits thanks to starting pitcher Aaron Nola, who should be garnering media coverage as a candidate for the Cy Young. His bases loaded double cleared the bases and was just one of two hits the Phillies had in that win. Teams that won the previous game and had fewer hits than runs scored and did not score more than 3 runs and are now favored by at least 120 in the next game are a solid 5-1 for 83%.
Phillies are projected to have a lot more hits tonight. They are projected to have 10 or more hits and score 5 or more runs and use no more than three pitchers. In past games when these performance measures were hit or exceeded the Phillies went 14-1 for 93% and a very nice 86% ROI since the start of the 2016 season.

      MLB | ARI vs COL
      Play on: UNDER 11 -107

Ross Benjamin is a sizzling hot 14-4 (78%) L18 with his MLB totals picks. Ross has a 5* winning MLB total on Tuesday’s card and it comes in the Dodgers/Padres (10:10 ET). Can you afford to wager on baseball daily or even recreationally and not purchase the advice of one of the world’s elite sports handicappers.
Arizona (Corbin) @ Rockies (Anderson) 8:40 PM ET
      Game# 957-958
      Play On: Under 11.0
Arizona has scored 4 runs or less in 10 of its last 12 games. Pat Corbin has been consistently very good for Arizona all season and his 2.97 ERA is proof of just that. Corbin has been especially strong over his last 3 starts in which he compiled a miniscule 0.95 ERA. The Arizona bullpen has been terrific this year in addition to collecting a staff ERA of 2.23 and 0.99 WHIP during their previous 7 games.
Colorado’s Tyler Anderson has allowed 0 earned runs in his last 2 starts while pitching 8.0 innings on each occasion. Anderson has made 2 career starts at home against Arizona and posted a stellar 2.31 ERA while doing so. The Rockies bullpen has gathered an impressive 1.89 ERA thru its last 7 games. Bet on this game to go under the total for my Tuesday 7/10 MLB free pick of the day.

        Jul 10 '18, 7:10 PM in 2h
        MLB | Brewers vs Marlins
Play on: Brewers -145 at betonline

Scott "The Bulldog" Rickenbach MLB Game #955 Tuesday Free Pick Milwaukee Brewers Money Line (-) @ Miami Marlins @ 7:10 ET - The Marlins won yesterday's game in extra innings and that means they enter Tuesday on a RARE winning streak of 2 games. How likely is it that they make it 3 straight? The fact is that we are 3 and 1/2 months into the season and beyond the half-way point of the season and the Marlins have only had a winning streak of 3 or more games 3 times! In other words, it is VERY unlikely they make it 3 straight here and I love the pitching edge for the Brewers here. Since they are on the road we get a "manageable" money line to work with and Jhoulys Chacin is 4-1 with a 3.59 ERA in his 11 road starts this season. Also, he is 2-0 in his last 3 starts versus the Marlins and has a 2.45 ERA in those 3 outings. Chacin has held the Marlins to just 12 hits in the 18 and 1/3 innings spanning those 3 starts. He'll be opposed today by Pablo Lopez of Miami and the 22-year old is very inexperienced. That inexperience showed when he was spotted a 9-0 lead in his most recent start and then imploded in a crazy game the Marlins went on to lose. Lopez has a 5.73 ERA in his 2 MLB starts and he has allowed 3 homers in the two outings including 2 in his lone home start. The Brewers had won 6 of their last 7 before yesterday's loss and they are 37-16 in night games this season. Miami had lost 8 of their last 12 prior to these rare back to back wins. The Marlins are 12-21 this season in games with a posted total of 8 or 8.5 runs. Look for a road rout in this one. Free Pick MILWAUKEE

          MLB | Mariners vs Angels
Play on: Angels -145 at GTBets

My free play is on the LA Angels at 10:05 ET. Seattle had its eight-game winning streak snapped by the Angels last Wednesday and was nearly swept by the visiting Colorado Rockies this past weekend before salvaging a 6-4 win on Sunday. Seattle will kick off a six-game road trip to close the first half by visiting the Los Angeles Angels on Tuesday 23 games over .500 at 57-34 but that record only earns them the fourth-best record in the American League (2nd in the AL West, three games back of Houston). The Angels jumped out to a 13-3 start in 2018 but enter the final week before the All Star break just 46-45 (that's 33-42 since their fast start), 14 games behind the Astros.
Mike Leake (8-5, 4.11 ERA) was last in action against the Angels (this past Wednesday) when he had a string of eight straight starts lasting at least six innings come to an end with a 7-4 loss. Leake was reached for four runs (three earned) on nine hits and one walk in four innings while squandering an early lead. That effort ended an eight-start run in which he had allowed two or fewer ERs in seven of those previous eight outings. Leake is 1-2 against the Angels this season with a 4.11 ERA, plus he's 3-2 in his career against Los Angeles with a 3.07 ERA.
Garrett Richards (5-4, 3.42 ERA) came off the disabled list after over a month because of a left hamstring strain to go up against Leake at Seattle last Wednesday. Richards struck out eight in 5.1 innings while allowing three runs (two earned) on four hits to earn his first win (7-4) since May 4. That May 4 win also came against Seattle, giving Richards a 2-0 record with a 2.57 ERA and 18 strikeouts over 14 innings in three starts against the Mariners this season (Angels are 2-1). Overall, he's 7-4 in his career against Seattle with a 3.06 ERA.
Leake has been a huge surprise in 2018 and Seattle has gone 13-5 in his starts, giving Leake a plus-$1,074 moneyline mark which ranks third-best among all starters. That said, it's hard for me to not believe that Leake is pitching over his head and that he's gotten more than a few good breaks. Meanwhile, I believe Richards is "sneaky good" and his solid home ERA (3.31) and excellent home WHIP (0.95) plus the fact that batters are hitting just .217 against him on the entire season, support that theory. Take the Angels.
          Good luck...Larry

1 Unit FREE PLAY on Milwaukee Brewers -146
The Milwaukee Brewers should come back with a win Tuesday after losing in extra innings to the Marlins last night. No question the Brewers have the better starter tonight in Jhoulys Chacin, who is 7-3 with a 3.63 ERA in in 19 starts this season, including 4-1 with a 3.59 ERA in 11 road starts. Chacin faced the Marlins on April 20th in his lone start against them this season and fired 6 shutout innings in a 8-0 victory. Pablo Lopez is 1-0 with a 5.73 ERA in his two starts for the Marlins this year. He has already allowed three homers in 11 innings pitched. The Brewers are 11-4 in Chacin’s last 15 starts. The Marlins are 2-8 in their last 10 home games vs. a team with a winning road record. Milwaukee is 5-1 in the last six meetings. Give me the Brewers.

Play on: Phillies -109 at pinnacle

10* FREE MLB PICK (Phillies -109)
I'll take my chances here with the Phillies on the road against the Mets. This is a rare instance where both teams are sending out starters who will be making their first ever big league start. Philadelphia will give the nod to Enyel De Los Santos, while New York calls up Drew Gagnon. De Los Santos is a promising 23-year-old prospect, who went 9-3 with a 1.89 ERA in 16 starts at the Triple-A level. He was recently named the starter for the Triple-A All-Star Game and selected for the Futures Game. Gagnon wasn't selected to either team and was just 1-4 with a 4.67 ERA in 17 starts for Triple-A Las Vegas. Add in the Mets struggles at the plate (scored 1 run or less in 3 of their last 4 games) and I think Philadelphia is in an ideal spot here to get a win. Give me the Phillies -109!

Betting 50 cent road favorites is not a lont-term recipe for success .... you have to pick your spots. Rich Hill was plagued by injuries in the first half but he's showing "buy signs" as the Dodgers heat up and he's owned the Padres (20 innings, two earned, 11 total hits, L3 starts) of late. Dodgers 6-2 L8, 7-3 L10 road, and 10-3 in L13 in series with the Padres. Add to the mix that the Friars are on a 1-8 run as a home dog of 25-75 cents and you have a pretty good case to take a Flyer on the Bums.

Play on: Angels -142 at 5Dimes

#MLB FREE PICK FROM MIKE LUNDIN
The Los Angeles Angels and the Seattle Mariners got Monday off, but they're back in action tonight with the opener of a three-game series at Anaheim.
Garrett Richards (5-4, 3.42 ERA) will take the ball for the Halos. He'll make his third straight starts against Seattle and fanned eight Mariners through 5 1/3 frames his last time out. Overall he is 2-0 with a 2.57 ERA and 18 Ks through 14 innings in three starts against the Mariners this season.
Seattle turns to Mike Leake (8-5, 4.11 ERA) who gave up four runs (three earned) on nine hits in four innings when pitching opposite Richards last Wednesday. Leake is 1-2 against the Angels overall this season with a 4.11 ERA.
Mariners are 1-6 in their last 7 road games vs. a team with a winning record. Angels are 9-4 in their last 13 home games.
                  Free pick on LA Angels.
