Football in Los Angeles has been as good as the baseball this season. The Charges roll into this weekend's match up with a struggling Oakland side on a five-game winning streak having put up at least 25 points in four of the five games and seven of their eight games this season. Philip Rivers is motivated this season to make the playoffs as his career is nearing its end and playing against a struggling Oakland this will be a great chance to pad some stats. With that said, Oakland were embarrassed last week against San Francisco and will be looking to make amends. We like for this side to find some offense and challenge the Chargers a bit, but the defense will still struggle. Look for big numbers on both sides.

The Rams are coming off their first loss of the season ending a perfect start. This will motivate this side as they host Seattle on Sunday. In the Rams eight wins they were able to score over 30 points in six of these games. The run attack in LA is nearly unstoppable and Goff has looked like an MVP candidate. The Rams are averaging nearly 450 yards per game and have allowed only 22 per game. Gurley is the key in this game, the ground and pound will wear out a Seattle defense that is prone to give up points. For Seattle, they are now 4-3 coming off a 25-17 loss at home to the Chargers, but have won three straight away games. Though Seattle's defense has slowed teams down, a motivated LA team knowing they have magic in a bottle will roll on Sunday.
