4-Unit Play. Take #507 Wisconsin (Pk) over Xavier (6:30 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 13)
This one is going to be a great game. Xavier is tough at home and they have a solid core of five guys that have played in and won a lot of big games over the last two years. That said, this program also lost a phenomenal amount of talent from last year's team, including two of the beter players in program history (starting backcourt Trevon Blueitt and J.P. Macura), both centers, and their head coach. The guys they have back were solid role players. But I don't know that they are going to be able to step up in a big game like this. Wisconsin is legit. They are my pick to win the Big Ten and I think that this team will have a major bounce back. Their 2017-18 season was sabotaged by injuries. But now they have everyone back healthy and this team has something to prove. Wisconsin has revenge for a rare home loss to the Musketeers last season and they should be able to get even with a win here.

2-Unit Play. Take #510 Charleston (-1.5) over Rhode Island (7 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 13)
Rhode Island, like Xavier, lost a ridiculous amount of talent and experience from last year's team, including their starting five and their coach. This is a completely different team. They are going on the road to face a tournament team from last year, Charleston. COC has its two best players back from last year and they have a solid home court advantage working for them here. On top of that, Charleston will want revenge for a six-point loss at Rhode Island last year. Charleston has six of the seven guys that scored points in that game back. They should win another tight games between these two.

2-Unit Play. Take #516 Massachusetts (-3.5) over Harvard (7 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 13)
Harvard has the chance to be an outstanding team this year. But right now they are missing their two best players (and starting guards), including last year's Ivy League Play of the Year. Massachusetts has the two best players on the floor and a solid inside-out duo of Luwane Pipkins and Rashaan Holloway. They also have home court advantage and a solid revenge motivation after an overtime loss at Harvard last season. These regional New England games are always close. And this one will be too. But I think the Minutemen have enough to deal the Crimson their second loss of the season as Harvard has a little hangover from last Friday's home loss to Northeastern.

4-Unit Play. Take #522 Florida International (-6) over Milwaukee (7 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 13)
Milwaukee had about as tumultuous of an offseason as any team in the country. Graduation and transfers took pretty much all the talent and experience from a team that finished below .500 last year. They have two losses on the season already and now they are back on the road to face an improved FIU team. FIU has a high-scoring backcourt duo of Brian Beard and Trejon Jacob. Throw in a size advantage and a home court edge and I think that FIU could be set up for a rare blowout win here.

1-Unit Play. TEASER: Take #522 Florida International (-1) over Milwaukee (7 p.m.) AND Take #538 Georgia State (-6.5) over Mercer (7 p.m.)

2-Unit Play. Take #538 Georgia State (-11.5) over Mercer (7 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 13)
I think that Georgia State is going to be a little salty after their tough road loss at Montana. This is a really solid team that is excellent at home. And I think that they are going to unload on the smaller school from down state. Mercer lost five senior starters from last year's team and they are completely rebuilding. I don't think they are going to be prepared to answer when Georgia State hits the gas and goes on a big run in this game.

2-Unit Play. Take #542 New Mexico (-6) over Iona (9 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 13)
I don't love this New Mexico team. But this Iona squad has some terrible karma right now. They had a nasty incident with a player punching out an assistant coach this season and they lost some really good players from last year's team. Iona also plays zero defense. And that can be a problem against a New Mexico team that loves to get up and down and score the basketball. New Mexico is in a bit of a rebuild as well. But I think that they have some better players than Iona. I also think that this is a long road trip for Iona, and that The Pit can still be a real tough place for opponents to come in and get this win. I think that New Mexico is either going to win by double digits or lose by double digits. I obviously feel more strongly on one side than the other and I think the Lobos will beat this number.

1-Unit Play. Take 'Over' 159.5 Memphis at LSU (7 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 13)
