COLLEGE BASKETBALL PLAYS

The Minnesota Gophers are coming off a horrendous loss Wednesday night on the road against Illinois losing 95-68 so tonight I see the Gophers getting that bad taste out of their mouth. The Nittany Lions come to Minnesota losing 5-Straight and 6 out 7 and tonight I see the Gophers taking control of this game early and winning this home game. Penn St is 2-9-1 ATS in their last 12 games and the Nittany Lions are 1-5-1 ATS last 7-road games. The home team in this series is 6-2 ATS and the favorite in this series is 8-3 ATS.

Both teams are coming off big wins Thursday night and with ASU getting this game at home I see the Devils taking this home game. ASU has won back-to-back conference home games and with Oregon still trying to get feel playing without Bol Bol I see the Devils finally getting a 'W' over Oregon and tonight look for the Wells Fargo Arena to be rocking. Tonight look for ASU to push the tempo and score at will and if the ASU Devils can continue to average 80 points at home I see them beating the Ducks.

I know you are scratching your head and saying that the Nevada Wolf Pack are 5-12 O/U this year but tonight in Reno I see offense from both conference teams. The Air Force Falcons come to Reno on back-to-back wins and the Falcons just beat UNLV 106-88 and that total flew over and tonight I see another MWC total flying 'Over'. Air Force is 5-2 O/U against conference opponents and the Nevada Wolf Pack are averaging 76ppg in their last 4 home games.

Overnight the oddsmaker opened LBSU -3 over the CS Fullerton Titans and this morning the number moved to LBSU -2. Thank you but at the same time I'm confused! The LBSU 49ers are 6-1 at home and are coming off a big road win over UC Irvine 80-70 while the Titans come to the Beach dropping 7 out 9. The Titans have also struggled on the road and the Titans are winless on the road going 0-8 (1-2 on a neutral court). I just don't see the Beach allowing a conference team who hasn't won a true road game come to their back yard and steal this game. Give me the Beach at home laying a very soft -2 and I see the Beach winning this home game big. The CS Fullerton are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 road games and the 49ers are 4-1 ATS against conference opponents and the home team in this series is 22-7 ATS
