With Oklahoma City's Russell Westbrook suspended for this game after getting his 16th technical in the Thunder's last game, there's just too much value here with Miami to pass up. Every game is massive down the stretch for Miami, as they are just 1-game ahead of the Magic for the 8th and final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.
One of the reasons I think this number isn't lower with Westbrook out is the fact that Miami will be playing on no rest. However, the Heat won relatively easy at home against the Hornets 93-75. Josh Richardson was the only Miami player to play more than 31 minutes. While OKC had Sunday off, this will be there 4th game in the last 6 days. Thunder bench will be hurting, as their biggest producer, Dennis Schroeder will likely move into the starting lineup.
Heat are 24-13 ATS last 37 on the road as a dog of 6 points or less, including a 19-7 ATS run in their last 26 road games vs the Western Conference. OKC on the other hand is 0-8 ATS last 2 seasons at home when coming off a upset loss by 10 or more. Take Miami!

I'll take my chances here with Chicago as a slim road dog against the Suns. This line looks completely off, as the Bulls come in having lost 5 straight, are just 11-25 on the road and playing in the 2nd game of a back-to-back, while Phoenix is fresh off an upset win at New Orleans as a 4.5-point dog and are now 7-1 ATS in their last 8 games. As bad as the Suns have been this season, the betting public won't hesitate to back them. The interesting thing is that while the public has flocked to the ticket window to take Phoenix, the line has moved the other way, as it opened at Phoenix -3 and is now down to -2.5. This is what we call reverse line movement, as big time money is coming in on Chicago to drive this the other way.
