Love is in the lineup and Tristan Thompson may be back after 24 games off. Dallas is better at home, but it's lost five of six there, too. Take the points with the hotter team.

The Blazers have won three straight, but are just a .500 team on the road. Damian Lillard torched the Spurs in previous meetings, DeMar DeRozan did the same to the Blazers. I'll back Coach Pop to figure something out on the home floor.

Florida State is playing defense as good as anyone in the entire country. Duke's defense has been Top 10 all year long. The Seminoles had gone under in seven straight games before just getting over the total of 123 1/2 versus Virginia. Leonard Hamilton's team is also 9-3 under the last 12 times they've been an underdog. Duke is 23-9-1 under in 2018-19 and 12-3 under when playing with two or less days rest. Tre Jones' defense at the point leads the way for the Dukies. Zion Williamson will be playing his third game in three days after missing the last six games. Look for Duke to take their time on offense to keep him fresh plus late in the games with a lead Coach K loves to run clock.

Iowa State halted an alarming slide just in time, with big wins over Baylor and Kansas State to likely remove any doubt from its NCAA Tournament status. The Cyclones also have a blowout win over Kansas to their credit and likely a more talented team. Even so, it's hard to envision Bill Self's Jayhawks, undermanned by their lofty standards, whiffing on a chance to get a Big 12 Tournament title with a default home-court edge. The situational value on them is too sweet to pass up.
