Won yesterday with a big 7-unit pick on these guys last night and going fairly big again. Minnesota is on a 7-1 run, averaging over 8 RPG. Tonight they will start Martin Perez (6-1,2.89 ERA), who is off to one the best starts of his career against a depleted Anaheim lineup that will not have Andrelton Simmons for two to three months with an ankle injury.
Even with Simmons, the Angeles were 4-12 versus lefty starters, averaging a mere 3.4 RPG and that does not figure to improve. The Twins will face the hittable pitches of Matt Harvey (2-3, 6.35). Did you know Harvey and the teams he's pitched for are 23-43 playing against a team with a winning record in his career? Now you do. This season Minny is 11-1 in road game playing against a team with a losing record. Cannot pass this up again, actually as good as scenario as yesterday.

A tight one and a good one last night in this series with Cubs on top in a 3-2 game. Two southpaws start tonight, Cole Hammels for Chicago and he will amped up against his former team, the first time facing them as a Cub, and Cole Irvin is a young pitcher for Philly with lots of promise and not a lot of innings but a 2.77 ERA. These teams evenly matched in many ways and neither team a huge offensive threat. Philly 22-9-1 on Unders their last 32 games and they are 12-3-1 on Unders in their last 16 road games!Comment
