Take Toronto ATS as my 7-Unit NBA Smash for Thursday night. This pick falls into one of my top NBA systems and I have Toronto winning by 8+ points at home here tonight. Toronto swept the 2 games against Golden State this season including their last win which was by 20 points at Golden State, and that was without Kawhi Leonard and Norman Powell in the lineup. Toronto just shut down the number one offensive team in the NBA (Milwaukee) who averaged 118.1 points per game this season and Milwaukee was also the number one rebounding team in the NBA. Golden State has a lot of star players however Kevin Durant will be out for Game 1. Toronto doesn't necessarily have a lot of star players like Golden State but they are playing great as a team and I expect them to step up defensively here tonight. Golden State has allowed 110.5 points per game in the playoffs and Toronto has allowed just 99.6 points per game the playoffs with opponents shooting just 41.7% against them. Toronto has averaged 113.7 points per game at home this season while shooting 47.3% as a team and Golden State has had way too much time off which is not a good thing. The underdog is 4-0 ATS in the last 4 games play between these 2 teams and Toronto is 19-7-1 ATS in their last 27 home games when playing a team with a win rate above .600 on the road.
